Dipayal, June 1: One person was killed and eight injured in a jeep accident at Kedar Gaun in K.I. Singh Rural Municipality – 5, Doti district, on Sunday.

According to the District Police Office of Doti, a jeep having registration number Su. Pa. Pra. 01 001 Ja 1464, coming to Dipayal from Bogatan-Phudsil Rural Municipality, met with an accident.

Police Inspector Nawaraj Rawal informed that the jeep veered off around 9:35 AM today morning after being uncontrolled in the turning, fell some 100 meters from the road.

In the accident in Bogatan-Phudsil Rural Municipality – 6, Gaguda’s 42-year-old Min Bahadur Bam was killed.

Jeep driver Harichandra Chaudhari, among eight other people, received injuries.
