Kathmandu, May 20: Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr Arzu Rana Deuba has left for Japan to participate in the International Conference on Social Isolation in Senior Citizens, which starts from tomorrow.
Minister Dr Rana is scheduled to address the seminar on behalf of Nepal.
Ministers, high-ranking government officials, and senior social activists from more than 12 countries in the conference, organized by the Foundation for the Welfare and Education of the Asian People (FWEAP).
