Dhangadhi, Nov. 29: The District Police Office, Kailali, has apprehended 14 people for inflicting fatal injuries to a young man who was attending the wedding ceremony. 

While attending the marriage ceremony of Dilli Koirala of Ghoraghat, Lamkichuha Municipality-9, the 26-year-old Mohan Adhikari was severely beaten. During the treatment, Adhikari succumbed to his fatal injuries at the hospital. 

23-year-old Bibek Bhul, 22-year-old Santosh Pariyar, 22-year-old Bishal Bhul, 24-year-old Ganesh Bhul, 15-year-old Pintu Chaudhary, 22-year-old Dil Bahadur Chaudhary, and 22-year-old Puran Sarki of Ghoragha got arrested in the charge of beating Adhikari. Lamkichuha Municipality-9

28-year-old Birkha Bhul, 24-year-old Sonu Saud, 23-year-old Chakra Kunawar, 20-year-old Akesh Kunwar, 23-year-old Nabin KC, 25-year-old Ram Lal Chaudhary and 24-year old Bishal Kunawar of Lamkichuha Municipality-9 have been arrested as well.

Ganesh Nath, Assistant Spokesperson of the District Police Office, said that the questioning of all the accused is underway in the Area Police Office, Lamki.
