Minister Lekhak calls for draconian measures to curb cross-border crimes

Kathmandu, May 23: Minister for Foreign Affairs Dr Arzu Rana Deuba met with President of the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) Tanaka Akihiko on Friday.

The bilateral relationship and mutual interests of the two countries were discussed in the meeting that was held at the headquarters of JICA in Tokyo.

Foreign Minister Deuba expressed gratitude on behalf of Nepal to the government of Japan for the longstanding support, financial and social, and in various other fields of Nepal through JICA.

The bilateral relationship between the two nations, support provided by JICA to Nepal, climate change, its effect, disaster management, good governance, and issues of senior citizens were discussed in the meeting.
