Kathmandu, July 29: President Ramchandra Paudel has authenticated the Bill to amend the Archives Preservation Act, 2046 BS (1989).
According to the spokesperson for the President’s Office, Shailaja Regmi Bhattarai, the bill, passed by both houses of parliament and submitted for authentication, was authenticated by President Paudel in accordance with clause 2 of article 113 of the constitution on Monday.
