Kathmandu, July 1: The closed session of the CPN (Unified Centre) under the party’s ongoing general convention has commenced at the Auditorium Hall of Nepal Academy here today.
The party’s political document, the socialist programme and the documents related to party statute and organization will be discussed during the closed-door session.
Party’s Politburo member Dilu Panta said the delegates will be deliberating on the various documents during the closed session.
One thousand eight hundred and forty-nine delegates are attending the general convention which will elect a 299-member working committee and 21 office-bearers on the basis of the basis of policy and ideology that will be endorsed.(RSS)
