Ghorahi, May 29: Twenty-three people were injured when a bus met with an accident at Chisapani along the Lamahi-Koilabas road section of Dang. 

According to Police Inspector Kalika Karki of the Area Police Office, Gadawa, breaks of a bus with a registration number (Ra 1 Kha 833) heading towards Lamahi from Koilabas failed causing an accident at Chisapani, Gadhawa Rural Municipality-8, along Gadhawa – Koilabas road section. 23 people were injured in the accident. 

He said that people who received injuries in a bus accident are being taken to the hospital.

He said, “It looks like the accident occurred due to a break fail. The condition of the injured is normal so far.”

Police Inspector Karki, said, “The 55-year-old bus driver Jokhan Prasad Chaudhary is under police control and undergoing investigation.”
