Kathmandu, May 28: At least half a million landless people will get land ownership certificate within the upcoming fiscal year of 2081/82 BS.
Finance Minister Barsha Man Pun said this while presenting the annual estimate of income and expenditure for the upcoming fiscal year of 2081/82 BS (2024/25) at the joint meeting of the federal parliament today.
He also said the government will provide land ownership certificate to 500 thousand landless people within a year.
