Two more killed in Dailekh tractor accident

Dullu, May 13: Two more deaths have been recorded in a tractor accident that transpired at Ghada, Dullu Municipality-6, Dailekh on Sunday. 

The deceased have been identified as 56-year-old Kamaro Rawal and Kamal Shahi of Dullu Municipality-6.

Rawal breathed his last at 10 PM on Sunday and Shahi died at midnight on the same day during a course of treatment at Provincial Hospital, Kalagaun, Surkhet. The deceased was taken to the provincial Hospital by ambulance after receiving preliminary treatment at Dullu Hospital.

The tractor with a registration number ((Bhe 1 Ta 896))  met with an accident at Dhada Jungle, Dullu Municipality-6, where 55-year-old Man Bahadur Rawal was killed on the spot. 

The locals were going to fetch electricity poles for expanding electricity in the village. All three that were killed and four received injuries were of the same village. 

According to the Chief of the Dailekh District Police Office Sunil Dahal, the injured have been identified as 48-year-old Dan Bahadur Rawal, 60-year-old Chhabi Lal Rawal and 34-year-old Prem Bahadur Rawal and tractor owner 31-year-old Lalit Bahadur Khadka. All are receiving treatment at Dullu Hospital.
